I resonate with your idea of panels surrounding your central energy ball. Our ego is formed from watching these TV screens and that is who we believe we are.
Try this, in meditation with the intention of accepting both polarities of a particular panel/emotion/issue, inhale that panel into your energy ball / heart / balanced centre / zero point / Oneness / God. Imagine the panel being dissolved there then exhale the energy throughout your energy ball.
Enlightenment is just the process of bringing the subconscious & unconscious into consciousness.
