An experience.
Yesterday I meditated to some music a friend sent me for about 2 hours. I went on a journey through my inner self to the deepest realms of being. I would like to share my experience in words not only so I can always remember it, but so I can share the experience with others.
A few things I experienced during this meditation:
Depending on what type of thought you have, a vibration is sent out from the particular chakra that corresponds with that thought.
I practiced sending out different types of thoughts, some about family, some about god, and with each thought of a different nature, I felt the vibrations come from different chakras. When I thought of “all there is” I felt my crown chakra vibrating tremendously. Every thought I sent out, was a vibration being sent out. If I focused on one thought the vibration was stronger.
Thoughts of fear halt all vibrations.
At one point, some fear came into my thought patterns; I noticed what this fear did. All the vibrating ceased and what was left was a “eerie feeling.” I found this very unusual. I overcame the fear with my knowing that it was not warranted and that it was stopping me from continuing the journey into the deeper realms. Then the vibrations started again.
Beyond thought was complete peace.
After seeing how thought produced various vibrations, I journeyed into thoughtlessness. This was amazing, I felt complete peace and joy, there was no pressure, and it was just being.
What I learned from this experience is that to create beauty in this world we need to alternate creating and being, thought and thoughtlessness. As well, to be aware of what thoughts we choose to hold as they are creating our reality.
A visual depiction of creation also came to me.
Imagine a ball, extremely dense with energy and orbiting around this ball are thousands of panels, all these panels have images on them and each one represents subconscious thoughts. Imagine a panel like a TV screen, you enter the panel though the screen and beyond this screen is a limitless amount of space to create.
When you make a thought conscious, it’s like this ball of energy journeys into one of the panels and depending how much you focus on a thought is how far into this panel you go. As you journey into panels you create what you see within them. During your conscious existence, you are creating panels all the time. Every thought this ball of energy has creates a new panel that orbits around itself. The thoughts that you “know” to be true are the panels with the sharpest images. This is your personal existence.
Now imagine all collective consciousnesses (everyone’s individual ball/panel model) are confined in one massive ball of energy, and the panels held by the majority of consciousnesses are the ones that appear strongest in the collective ball/panel model. The thoughts that have the most energy going into them, aka. the panels that have the most ball energy focusing on them, are the ones that get manifested in the space/time “reality”. Reality is what it is because of the thoughts (vibrations) we send out from our consciousness. When you start to change your thoughts (panels) the old ones fade away and are replaced with new ones that make you feel good.
Nothing is true or false, your only guide to creating your existence is how you feel about each creation(thought). Feelings are such an amazing thing, they are our guide in creating a wonderful reality. How do you feel about the world today? If you feel upset about what is going on, you are only giving more energy into that which upsets you. Instead focus on the good in the world and then the things that you dislike will fade away because no energy is going into keeping them alive.
“Truth” and “Reality” can be defined as the ideas and thoughts of the majority of the collective consciousness.
In thoughtlessness all of the panels fade away and all that remains is the ball of energy.
Mantra
balance. In the deepest extent of the word. balance between thought and thoughtlessness, creating and being.
The beauty within.
Here is something a friend wrote…

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. We have created an illusion manifested through our minds that we are separate from the whole. We are all in an intimate struggle in reconnecting with our light body, which is our interdimensional vehicle of experiencing the wholeness of unity expressed through our spirits. Until our bodies cease to limit the ability of our souls expression, we will still have unfinished business with this three dimensional experience. I find the best way to describe myself is through describing what I am going through. Personality is going to really change as we start to embrace infinite love as a song that we all dance to. Right and wrong may have some gray area to it in any one situation but the principles never vary. We all can recognize the differences between a healthy and unhealthy environment for a child to be brought up in. If we all applied that same common sense to every interaction that we influenced with our energy this whole conundrum that this illusion of separateness has created would fall to the ground like a tornado loosing its umph. The madness and confusion would be lifted like the morning fog to reveal an infinite playground of fertile soil just waiting to be sown with our imaginative seeds.
Korey
you are made of sun.
To be calm is the highest achievement of the self. A fortune that was on my bag of yogi tea.
I kept it, and now as I look at this fortune, recognizing the deep significance of the smallest of things. As simple as being calm.
self-possession
Full command of one’s faculties, feelings, and behavior.
Take that to a deeper level, self – possession, referring to your ego self. When we have control over our ego selves, then we are free to experience the joy of being. We have the ability to go back and forth between states (ego and being) instead of being stuck in ego. When your being is stuck, it wants to be free and live full of joy, but the thoughts and worries of the ego have built up a cement wall between this glorious place of being and the world you find your self stuck in. The ego is always striving, manipulating, planning, defending, worrying… all these emotions are result of being stuck in the ego way of life, and this has made it so everyone thinks it’s the only way of being! When you know of nothing to compare it to, how can you judge something as bad? Most people accept it as the way we are supposed to think and as a result, the way we are supposed to live. Look at what state the world is in as our egos have grown with nothing to slow down the speed of the growth, only that which promotes it. And as the ego grows, the blinder it becomes and the more it wants to grow.
When you still the ego, through meditation, art, music, outdoors, anything that you enjoy you are giving permission for being to enter and flow through you. Do you ever wonder why you enjoy the things you enjoy, it is because when you are enjoying something, the ego gets pushed to the backburner. The enjoyment is clearing away the ego wall and letting being flow through you.
The reason we enjoy what we enjoy is because those are the things we allow ourselves to enjoy. If you like hockey over golf, you have simply allowed your self to prefer hockey over golf based on your preferences decided by your experiences.
When we no longer let our ego dictate what we can or cannot enjoy, we allow ourselves to enjoy everything.
Every moment of being is a moment filled with being.
Accepting unwanted situations
Now that you have discovered the power in accepting unwanted situations and freeing yourself from the emotional attachment to them, does this mean that you should accept every situation that comes about?
As creators, it’s up to us to create something beautiful with our thoughts. By being passive and accepting the situation, putting all thoughts and feelings aside.. we are letting that moment be. But in the process we have also given up our role as co-creator. By accepting the situation “as-is” we are no longer creating opposition to the situation.. but is this really what we should be doing?
Should we turn off our feelings towards all situations and just accept everything totally and completely? I think by doing this we give up the greatest power ever bestowed upon mankind. The power to create and enjoy our creations.
These two ideas can work together. If you dislike a situation you find yourself in, observe your emotion attached to that situation, then work to create a better one. Take responsibility for a situation you dislike, you are there because you created it. The ego and your higher self can make a great team.
lessons in presence.
I’m about halfway through “The Power of Now” .. and all I have to say is, what a great book. It talks about living in the “now” and experiencing life as it unfolds rather then having your thoughts always focused on the past or future. So far it has been a wonderful experience. I can tell its going to take a little time to develop it so that it’s my constant mind-frame, but I feel it’s definitely worth the effort. I have compiled a list of changes that I have started to notice already from stepping into the ”here and now.” These changes will only become more apparent through experience.
Everything becomes more magical. You begin to appreciate the way the world works and how you interact with it.
Words flow out of you because they are no longer coming from your ego-centered self but a deeper you. Art becomes effortless because creativity is birthed from this divine peace. Your no longer “trying” to create beauty, instead it creates itself.
You begin to see people not for their ego-identities, but as their divine self, the energy behind existence. Judgement based upon who a person has become as a result of their experiences and circumstances is unfair. This person underneath their ego, is a part of you.
You start to notice every thought, therefore creating your reality moment by moment. When you notice your thoughts, you have better control over the types of thoughts you choose to hold, whether they be positive or negative. Positive thoughts attract positive people and circumstances.
You begin to notice that there is much more to this existence then you initially thought. You “experience” what it’s like to actually create life from a place other then your ego. The effortlessness of it is amazing, and life becomes pure enjoyment rather then always striving to get somewhere.
The ego always wants to be getting somewhere, it’s never satisfied. We try to satisfy it with material objects, a steady income, plenty of friends etc. But its a bottomless pit, we can try to fill it up with as much as we want but it will never feel complete. It isn’t the ego’s nature. Once we stop identifying with this ego, and instead realize that we are the all-knowing presence using this ego identity to interact with the world.. the perspective changes. Now we know we are perfect in every way, the striving to satisfy our ego stops. We are god, creating our corner of existence.
A collective collaboration of conscious creation.
the end.
And the journey comes to and end… or begins? We are creators, ultimate creators. We create the afterlife, we create the astral planes we create everything that exists in this dimension and the ones beyond. We create where we go when we leave this life and onto the next journey. We create those spirits that guide us, that fill us with love and guidance when we need it most. We are extensions of god, the creator, we are the creator. Every thought is a creation of the highest sort. There are no limits to creation. We are all connected with every other piece in the puzzle of existence. There is no me or you or spirits.. it is all one.. one god. One ultimate source of energy which all things form into existence from thought. We have created AMAZING things with thought.. realms, dimesions.. when we create with pure love.. we extend the pure love of which is all there is.
Every thought of love, enjoyment, peace.. creates that for the whole. Every emotion you have is an addition to the emotions and feelings of all there is. Every thought you have creates that into existence.
What do you want? Not only in this life.. but the after life.. where do you want to go.. do you want to live in a blissful world full of peace and harmony.. do you want to experience the oneness and fullness of all there is.. it’s up to you as the creator to decide.
